WINTER COVID-19 STATEMENT

Important Update – Workshop Closed For New Works From 5th Nov to 2nd Dec 2020 (09/11/20)

Since our recent post, we have received further advice from the National Caravan Council and Plymouth City Council regarding the acceptance of caravans, campervans and motorhomes during the current lockdown.

We now understand that towing a caravan or driving a campervan or motorhome into our dealership now constitutes non-essential travel, and therefore we will, unfortunately, have to postpone all new works required on these vehicles until the restrictions are lifted.

Customers who did have a Workshop booking during this lockdown period have been contacted to re-book, and work on vehicles that are already on-site will be completed behind closed doors.

We sincerely apologise for any confusion, but as you may appreciate, we are trying to provide a service in difficult times for all, and the initial advice was that we could continue to accept customers vehicle as long as we met COVID-19 Secured Business standards.

We have already temporarily closed our Plymouth Accessories Shop and Caravan and Campervan Showroom from 5th November 2020 until 2nd December 2020 (subject to changing regulations).

However, in contrast to the first lockdown at the beginning of the year, the Government has allowed a ‘click and collect’ service to be utilised by ‘non-essential shops’. We have now implemented this system, allowing our customers to continue shopping with us at this time.

Aftersales & Workshop

The service centre and workshop will now be closed during the second lockdown period.

Any customers who had an appointment booked during this time have been contacted to reschedule and any vehicles that are currently on-site will be completed behind closed doors.

Shop & Parts Sales

Our campervan and caravan sales showroom and the accessories and parts shop will remain closed for customers during this period, however; the telephone lines and website will be manned for us to facilitate click and collect orders.

Customers can call us or visit the website to place orders for parts to be despatched for delivery to collect via contactless collection from our car park. Customers using this service will be asked to pay for the goods over the phone and to call us once they are parked outside. We will then bring the goods to the customers’ car.

Website service will remain the same with the following amendment to the delivery fees:

Standard Delivery

Typically delivered within 2-4 days from the date of your order.

Orders over £100 are free and orders under £100 will be charged at £5.95 to UK mainland*.

Express Delivery

Typically delivered within 1-2 days from the date of your order.*

£12.95 for all other orders. Order must be placed by noon.*

Awning and Accessory Delivery Details

Awnings will be delivered within 5-7 days if in stock and if a special order is required then a delivery timescale will be advised.

* UK mainland excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isles of Wight, Scilly and Man, and Northern Ireland, where a surcharge of £15.95 applies to all deliveries.
