One of the benefits of being a trusted leisure vehicle dealership with an accessories shop to boot is that we see the same customers return to upgrade their caravans and the kit they keep inside them. To reward this customer loyalty, we recently launched the Tamar Loyalty Scheme, offering those who return again and again discounts on their caravan accessories.

Quite simply because we’ve got pretty much everything! Our well-stocked accessories shop sells everything from toilet chemicals to picnic furniture, making touring life convenient and comfortable, just as it should be. 

Not only that, but our experienced team are on hand to offer invaluable advice - choosing what’s right for trips away in your caravan can be a tad overwhelming, and everyone’s different. Our accessory shop staff take the time to listen to what you need, and guide you towards the right product, ensuring you have all the knowledge you need to use your accessories safely.  

Introducing our Tamar Loyalty Scheme...

In order to reward our customers for supporting Tamar Caravan Centre’s accessories shop, our loyalty card means that the more you spend, the more points you earn and those points translate to discounts on future purchases within our store. Below, we’re answering your questions about how it all works… 

How do obtain a card? 

All you need to do to get a Tamar Loyalty Card is drop into our accessories shop, and a member of our team can create one for you. If you’re purchasing a caravan, campervan or motorhome from us, you’ll get a card issued automatically, so you can start collecting points right away. 

How do I collect Tamar loyalty points?

All you need to do to obtain loyalty points is present your card at the accessories shop counter when purchasing your items, and points will be automatically added to your Loyalty Card balance. 

You can earn also earn points when your caravan, campervan or motorhome goes through our workshop. You get 200 points for a service, habitation check, or when you have a towbar fitted. 

What happens if I don’t have my loyalty card with me when visiting your store? 

Providing that you have some identification with you that shows an address that matches the one we have for you on our system, we will honour the points and add them to your Loyalty Card Account. 

When can I redeem my loyalty points?

You must accumulate a minimum of 50 Points (£2.50) before redeeming them.

How long will my loyalty points last?

Your points will be valid for 24 months.

How can I check my loyalty point balance? 

Simply ask a member of staff in-store - they’ll be able to check your account and let you know how many points you have to play with.

Can I earn points when purchasing a caravan or motorhome?

Currently, you’re only able to earn points in our accessory shop. However, if you refer a friend who goes on to buy a caravan or motorhome from us, you’ll have 1000 points added to your loyalty account. 

When will my points be available after each purchase?

Points earned on one day will be available to redeem, subject to our Terms & Conditions, the following day. Our terms and conditions are available on request - please email shop@tamarcaravancentre.co.uk
